With the quick development of economy in the world, the energy, especially the petrol, and economic growth are vitally interrelated. Because of the various national resource endowments, the major oil-consuming countries and oil-exporting countries in the worldwide oil pattern are evolving in a dynamic game process. In several oil crisis, the countries gradually recognized that oil security has become a major issue which could not be ignored, while increasing investment competitively in energy conservation and alternative oil resource exploiting, But they still can not reduce the economic development of petroleum resources in the past. China, as one of the developing countries developed at rocket economic growth rate, that in 2003 became the second largest oil consumer, in 2004 become the third largest oil-importing nation, and China's oil consumption has been deeply stimulated the major oil consuming countries in countries'eyeball, and The Chinese government has gradually realized that oil security and rapid as well as stable economic development have close relationship with China's overall economic development. Furthermore, strategic oil reserves, energy market, and overseas investment of China's oil industry which seriously restricted China's oil trade development have been gradually come to emerge.The dissertation is divided into five parts : the first part illustrated the oil on the domestic and foreign trade, in particular, the status quo of China's oil trade issues; in the second part analyzed the world oil trade patterns of evolution and current status, viewed China as a big oil consumer in the world oil trade pattern lack of the right to speak; Part III introduced the world's major oil-consuming countries the United States, Europe, Japan, India and the oil trade policies and international strategies, Meanwhile the strategic oil reserve in the United States, Japan, Germany and France provided reference for China's oil trade policies and international strategies; Details on the fourth part are that the world's largest developing country, china, is currently faced with the contradiction between oil supply and demand. The problems in oil markets have become increasingly prominent; Part five made in-depth analysis and proposed policy recommendations as to three major issues which restrict the development of China's oil trade, including strategic oil reserves ,domestic energy market, and the development of China's oversea investment in petroleum industry.
