With global economic integration, companies from different countries are involved in increasingly close interchange and, unavoidably, run into the problem of culture difference in management, and properly handling the resulting culture conflict is of positive practical significance. The Corporate culture is one of the essential concepts. Corporate culture refers to the core values, behavior traditions, management modes, in a corporate, which are formed in the longtime management process, and are identified by the whole managers and employees.Corporation culture is a special and all-pervading problem in many corporations currently. Korean and Chinese corporations have come into being own corporation culture in its high-speed developing history. They are faced with increasing size and competition. A lot of corporations have put in different practice system reformation and management innovation in order to advancing their competing ability. They also bring the task of its corporation culture reconstruction.Corporate strategy is based on corporate culture. Addressing Korean and Chinese corporates' in-depth exchange, this article brings forward new ideas for the integration of Chinese and Korean corporates culture.Korean enterprise culture started in 80's 20 century, as the result of labor and capital dispute caused by Korean democratization move. Here discussed the basic of Korean enterprise culture on 3 aspects: traditional culture, American and Japanese corporate culture and national policy. Among those, main tradition culture factors affected the form of Korean enterprise culture are: management of family,management of centralism,think highly of blood relation,think highly of loyalty and obedience; Exotic culture are mainly refers to Japanese and American culture, for the special history of Korea; Korean it's policy , which also affected it's enterprise culture. The characters of Korean corporate culture are: think highly of harmony, take people as the first and emphasis innovation, think highly education and training.The characters of Chinese corporate culture are discussed from two aspects, Under the affect of Chinese traditional culture and economic systems. The characters of Chinese corporate culture are: call for humanity and cooperation, think highly of moral and sensation.On the aspect of traditional culture, Korea and China are both in the culture circle which is affected much by the Confucianism, so there are many same characters between the two. At the same time, because of Korea and China experienced different management system, it also has some differences. Confucian culture underpins the corporate culture of Korea and Chinese enterprises. Besides the similarity, this part also compares their culture difference–Chinese corporate culture focuses on her Eastern identification, while Korean corporate culture carries relatively more Western flavor.The paper is based on Korean and Chinese models thoroughly by focusing on the following five elements :corporation environment, corporation value, corporation system and the behavior, corporate culture construction, corporate develop model.Evolutionary,the environment of Koran and Chinese are different due to their different rooted circumstances. So, first analyze the processes of the two evolution styles, and then compare the two distinct paths.Enterprises in Korea and China have different property mechanism, motivation mechanism, and decision-making mechanism due to their totally different social system.At last, the author points out that the two countries'corporate culture should study each other. And for the development of both, these two points should be paid attention: absorbing essence of traditional culture and adjusting oneself with the change of time and environment. I sincerely hope this research work would help to understand Korean and Chinese corporate culture.
