Research On The Countermeasures Of Promoting International Competitiveness Of China's State-owned Construction Enterprises

With China's entering into the World Trade Organization, our state-owned construction enterprises have implemented the "going out" strategy in order to deal with the fierce competition in the international architectural market. Meanwhile, many powerful multinational construction companies have entered into China to snatch the construction market. With the increasingly intensified competition in the construction market, it is worthy of studying the international competitiveness of China's construction enterprises in depth.This paper, first of all, analyzes the present competition briefly among well-known contractors at home and abroad in the international market. Then aiming at the problems of rigid system and inactive mechanism existed in our state-owned construction enterprises, the paper makes the comparative analysis between the internal construction contractors and our state-owned construction enterprises, and further analyzes the main reasons of weak competitiveness of our state-owned construction enterprises. On the basis of this, the paper analyzes the factors that influence on the international competitiveness of China's state-owned construction enterprises from the aspects of external competitiveness and internal competitiveness. And the paper studies the countermeasures of promoting the international competitiveness of China's state-owned construction enterprises from the aspects of promoting ability of international market development, getting support by government policies, quickening the construction of talented team to adapt to the international competition, enhancing the technological innovation ability of the enterprises, implementing the alliance in favor of promoting competitiveness of China's construction enterprises and so on. Last but not least, this paper comes up with countermeasures to enhance the enterprise's international competitiveness by taking Anhui Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd as an example on the basis of analyzing its external environment and internal conditions systematically.The findings in this paper will have certain reference value for China's construction enterprises to improve the international competitiveness and guide the state-owned enterprises in China to participate in the competition of the international construction market better.
