| The title of this paper comes from the research of "Hefei Key Industry Development Research". The paper is the main part of the scientific research project " the Selection and Development Research of Hefei Key Industry ". This paper takes the industrial economics, the regional economics and the new industrialization theory as foundation, using the method of the qualitative analysis, the quantitative analysis and the empirical analysis unifies, revolving how Hefei to choose the key industries walking on the new road to industrialization, developing the strategy constructs and the implementation research, emphatically discussing the following several questions:(1) How to choose key industries of the region. (2) The assessment and the analysis of the key industrial, discovering the question in the industrial development. (3) How to develop the key industries; drive the industry economy to develop fast.This paper, taking the chance of the first countrywide economic census, based on the data resource of the first countrywide economic census, using mathematics method such as factor analysis, data envelopment analysis ,location quotient analysis and the union qualitative analysis, determines the Hefei eight key industries; The key industries are analyzed from three aspects: the industrial scale, the economic efficiency and the technical innovation ability .Elaborated each key industrial superiority and its the insufficiency, then some related counter measure proposal are put forward; Finally, in the article, based on the environment analysis, some proposals can be provided that Hefei must depend on the development of eight key industrial, keep on walking on the new road to industrialization. The article , benefit for the corresponding industrial policy as well as the development plan for government and advancing the economical development of Hefei, then speeding up the grand goal that Anhui Province realizes the Middle areas rise, has certain significance. |
