The world have experienced four worldwide international industries transfer, which promotes industrial structure transformation and upgrading of many countries. Although the level of economic development in different regions of Guangdong province varies greatly, however, large-scale industries transfer did not take place as expected.In this paper, on the basis of the relevant research results achieved by a number of our predecessors, in order to coordinate the Pearl River Delta with other regions in Guangdong in economic development, enter from the point of the relationship between industrial transfer and the construction of industrial zone, and from the view of various factors affecting the transfer of industries, I analyze economic effect and necessity of industries transfer, the status and the reasons of transfer, the status of industries zone in two the wings and mountain area. In the end, on the platform of industries zone, I make some suggestions to promotion industries transfer in Guangdong.The ChapterⅡis about the overview of the industries transfer theory, including the location theory, industrial transfer theory and research situation, the economic effects of the industries transfer.
