The virtue such as humanity, justice ,honesty and so on is not merely suitable for individual, Also is suitable for the enterprise. Enterprise's human resources management already must pursue the efficiency and the benefit, also should emphasize the humanities value, pursue ethics value.Human resources management is the core of the enterprise management. It is possible and necessary to talk about and scan the human resources management, because of the particularity of the content of human resources management, which is significative to be discussed. If human resources management dissociate the restrict of ethic, The management of human is the same with the management of things, this would weaken the status of human ,at last enterprise and human could not get development together. This article discuss and analysis the main ethical problem which exists in the human resources management of our country enterprise from four aspects .The first major part discuss the main ethical problem which exists in our country enterprise human resources management in the current.China's enterprise development process is very short, enterprise has littlt experience in human resources management ,there are many ethical problems in the human resources management.At first, some enterprise encroaches upon the employee personal rights, impairs employee healthy in mind and body and lacks the essential humanity to the employee in human resources management .Some enterprises have some problem which is the sex and the age discrimination , the unfair assignment ,the unfair award and punishment, to choose a person for a job unfairly and so on . Third , the good faith loses: The enterprise conceals the important information to the staff, the enterprise frequently pledged, but lightly cashes.Moreover there are undemocratic questions in management: The rights that the employee knows the circumstances of the matter ,sugget, supervise and appeal can not obtain the effective safeguard.At last the relations between the employee and the employee, between the manager and the employee is not harmonious. These phenomena have violated ethics request, dampened employee's enthusiasm, the initiative and the creativity,worsen the enterprise interior relations. This is disadvangeous to the enterprise human resources development.Second major part discuss the main reason which lead to ethics prlblem in the enterprise human resources management. These enterprise ethics problem have relate closely with enterprise own development ,present social environment ,China traditional culture and west enterprise culture. Some entreprise management personnel's concept of law is not strong and ethics quality is not high,so they have little autonomy power.The enterprise value goal deviate,so some enterprise treate employee as a tool for enterprise development. Enterprise misunderstand human nature , ignor and fail to meet all kinds of needs of employees , fail to understand the significance to meet the needs of employees. Enterprise ignore the rights of employees and social responsibility . The management way that treate people as things is backward. The external environment weak in guidance and restraint to the enterprise human resources management. The cots of enrerprise violating the ethecs and the law is too low.It cause the enterprise to violate the ethics in the management, even to violate legal.The third major part discuss the ethical principles in order to prevente and resolute ethical problems.To display ethics regulation and direction function to enterprise human resources management, enterprise should follow the principle of humanism, equity, good faith ,democracy and harmony . These ethical principle is not only important criterion to convicte ethical problem hut also must be followed .The fourth major part search the solution way to the ethical problem. Enterprises must vigorously strengthen ethics construction, and improve enterprise management level of ethics. The good legal and moral quality of internal staff is the premise , enterprises vigorously improve the internal legal and ethical quality through ethic training and other means. Enterprise should infiltrate ethic to the management, build ethical system ,and implementate the people-centered management. Enterprise should learn from foreign enterprise ethical management experience , learn western management methods and innovative courage, and promot China's human resources management progress. Enterprise build a people-oriented corporate culture, establish a people-oriented enterprise values, and create respect and realize human, the unity and cooperation of ethical atmosphere.We must optimize the external enterprise development environment in order to display the guiding and regulating role function Of the social environment.Through there are many difficulties to solve enterprise human resource management ethical problem , enterprise human resource management will be out ethical dilemmas as soon as possible,and ethical problems will be satisfactorily resolved through our country government and the society vigorously guide and our country enterprise positively face to.
