Research On The Construction Of Modern Enterprises’ Quality Ethic

As one of the important soft power, quality ethic guides business’ activities. Because ofthe soft power can not be copied, so it’s exclusive for the enterprises, to some extent, the qualityethic has become the core competitiveness which decides enterprise’s development, and theincidents of quality safety continue to occur also confirms the importance of construction ofquality ethic for enterprise development.The research on quality ethic in our country started late, but it has become an independentform of ethics through continuous development, it plays the role of guiding and promoting theconstruction of enterprise’s ethics and core competitiveness. The paper summarizes the conceptand connotation based on the primary research on quality ethic, discusses the basic norms andrelevant theory. And then exposes a serious of questions in the quality ethic of enterpriseaccording to the incidents of quality safety occurred frequently and analyzes the relevantfactors that affect the enterprise’s quality ethic. Most of the researches on quality ethics aretheoretical analysis but less quantitative analysis, The article suggests using a comprehensive ofvarious evaluation methods, combined with quantitative and qualitative analysis to get acomprehensive evaluation to the enterprise’s quality ethics. Finally get each enterprise’scondition of quality ethic. And ranking the enterprise according to the evaluation result,implementing rewards and punishment to encourage enterprises to increase the intensity ofquality ethic construction. At the same time, according to the rank, customers can choose thecompany’s products they are satisfied with. The ultimate point of the construction quality ethicis enterprise’s specific actions, based on the contents of quality ethic and enterprise’sstakeholder relations, the paper raises some specific measures of enterprise’s quality ethic inorder to implement the quality ethic awareness into corporeity’s decision-making and businessprocess, emphasize the role of quality ethic, take quality ethic to the height of strategicdevelopment,so as to guide the behaviors of corporeity’s management, build and obtain asustainable competitive advantage.The aim of this paper is to cause enterprises’ attention on the construction of quality ethic,effectively improve the current situation of lacking moral seriously, and urge enterprises toenhance the sense of responsibility, integrity management, purify the social atmosphere, tocreate a favorable business environment.
