| Since entering 21st century, the trend of regional economic integration of Jing-Jin-Ji area is obvious day by day, with the "focus" transformation to the Around-Bohai Sea area with regional economic development of our country, Jing- Jin -Ji area is one of the fast developing areas in China and economic focus after Changjiang and Zhujiang Delta. Economic development promotes the harbor construction. And Port construction plays an important role in boosting the Jing-Jin-Ji region's economic development.During the course of the harbor development, due to lack of consistent plan and macro control, there exits many cases of repeated construction and low-level competition. With the expansion of the Port function, the range of the port competitiveness changes rapidly. Under this circumstance, the research on the port competitiveness of the Jing-Jin-Ji area becomes especially important. In order to achieve economic integration in Jing-Jin-Ji region, the mechanism of cooperation based on their respective comparative advantages of the port has been imminent.This thesis suggest a more reasonable and feasible scientific evaluation method of the port competitiveness. On the basis of an objective analysis of the Jing-Jin-Ji region port development status quo, through the construction of the port competitive evaluation model, the market competitiveness of the ports has been objectively evaluated, and the port development comparative advantages has been identified, ail of these will help to provide strategic directions for the making of future port development strategy.The core is to determine the system of competitiveness evaluation. Finally, through the research of the port cooperation mechanisms in the Jing-Jin-Ji region, the thesis gives some reasonable suggestions about how to construct the port cooperation mechanisms and make rationalize policies. |
