From may 1995, people began to work five days a week. and then in 1999, the State Council permitted to have three "Golden Week Holiday" in a year. That means we are have nearly on third of a year's time on vacation. This police definitely will promote the development of the tourism. The economic meeting of the Central Government in 2004 proposed that in the near furture, the Central Government would focus on real estate, car industry, tourism and communications. Tourist real state is an industry combined the real estate and the tourism which will surely develop faster in the furture.Nowadays, the avaliable land in the center of the city for real estate industry to developed residential is become less while in the same time the cost to develop the residential is getting higher. In this circumstances, more and more real estate developer prefer to develop tourism real estate to avoid the risk from the residential and high cost and not just focus their project in residential like before. This situation also make a huge demand for the tourism real estate and will make the tourism real estate develop faster.Tourism and real estate both belong to the third industry with high added value and strong relationship. The combination of them must be the hotspot of the two industries. The tourist real estate is the result of highly developed economy and improved living standard of people. With the improved living standard, more and more people choose tourist real estate products as their location for vocations. However, the possibility of owning two or above houses as vocation locations was limited because the ground in China was owned by country and this resource is rare compare with the population in China. In this situation, our country should lear from the foreign experience and encourage people share one house in order to avoid the waste of resource and satisfy the vocation need of our people. This kind of policy could also have a positive effect on the development of the tourist real estate.The first Chapter of this paper was the summary of theories related to tourist real estate with giving the main research results during the development of tourist real estate. Chapter two analyzes the experience of this industry of foreign countries. From the analysis of stage- vacation development in USA, Europe and Asia, we could get the revelation and leanings. Chapter three analyses the developing situation and exiting problems of our country's tourist real estate. The future was also predicated in this chapter. Through learning the experiences of foreign countries, Chapter four gave some suggestions for further development of our country's tourist real estate.
