| The purpose of this thesis is to introduce the"Early Harvest Programme"which is the part of"The Framework Agreement on Comprehensive Economics Cooperation between ASEAN-China". This agreement was achieved by the government of the Kingdom of Thailand and the people's republic of China in which mentioning about the accelerated tariff elimination on fruits and vegetables. Apart from this, the content of this thesis explains about historical facts and evidence before the accomplishment of this agreement, the effects of the implementations and the countermeasure of negative effects that may exist.This thesis introduces the general circumstances in Thailand, including cultures societies and economics development1. Trade Relatives between China and Thailand. The thesis first introduced about the history of trade relations and the economics developments that took place between the two countries, then analyze the import and export circumstance of these countries which includes the special characteristics trade in these two countries.2. Background of the accelerated tariff elimination agreement. Firstly the background mention about the circumstances as a whole that agreement to arise, then introduce the trade relations of the fruits and vegetables in China and Thailand, the special characteristics of this relation, and the reasons that actually cause this agreement to happen. It's also mention about the agreement's details, its special characteristics and its implementation.3. The effects and influences that took place after the implementation of the accelerated tariff elimination agreement. In this thesis, there are collections and analyzation of the direct and indirect advantages and disadvantages, that has arisen in China and Thailand.4. The countermeasure to the effects caused by the accelerated tariff elimination agreement. By proposing the suggestions to the government of both countries on the disadventades that may occour. |
