Research On The Appraising And Selecting Of Enterprise Entering The Airport Economic Zone

In knowledge economy era, with the deepening of global economic integration and the trend of international industry transfer, the effective, high-speed and networked economic development environment is affecting the location rule of business enterprise Airport, has evolved to a key crunode and promoter of the regional economic development from a site only for passengers and cargos transportation, which is compared to"the economic growth engine of countries and regions"by Airports Council International (ACI), is increasingly becoming a powerful driving force of regional economic development in 21 centry. Airport and the surrounding area continuously attract aviation related industries'agglomeration, and form a region high concentrated with characteristic economy activities. However, the researches on airport economy are still rest on the surface. There are still few papers about the dynamic evolution and the micro-mechanism of it, which is the appraising and selecting of enterprise entering the airport economic zone.Under this background, by using the contrast and empirical research methods, this dissertation emphatically probes into the appraising and selecting of enterprise entering the airport economic zone from a dynamic evolution point of view based on the theory of space interaction, industrial economics, regional economy theory, theory and method of enterprise performance evaluation and so on. This dissertation is organized as follows.Firsty, the article details the core concepts and illustrates the spatial range model of airport economic zone, expounds the airport directivity of enterprise and the assort of the airport-related industry, expatiates the time-space dynamic evolution sequence of airport economic zone and the connotation of appraising and selecting of enterprise entering the airport economic zone.Secondly, the article expatiates the index system of appraising and selecting of enterprise entering the airport economic zone centrened on the key condition of enterprise selecting.Then, the article expounds the multilayer fuzzy reasoning model of the appraising and selecting of enterprise entering the airport economic zone, considering the features of the appraising and selecting index system and the feasibility of practical work on appraising and selecting.Finally, the article expounds the application of the appraising and selecting index system and the multilayer fuzzy reasoning model,with the empirical study targeting the enterprises entering Capital Airport Economic Zone using Matlab FIS Tool.
