Research On Overall Evaluation And Decision-making Methods Of Venture Capital Project

Venture Capital is playing very important impetus to new and high technology industrialization, and to economic development of China. The evaluation of project is an important procedure in any investment,it is more important to venture capital. So how to evaluate and decide the venture capital project is the focus paid attention to by many expert and scholar at home and abroad in recent time.Firstly, this thesis establishes an index system preliminarily based on the characteristic of our country's venture capital and the research findings of venture capital around the word, which recognizes the risk factors of investment; then does a questionnaire against the preliminary index system and make a statistical analysis and correction according to the result of research in order to obtain the final index system .Finally, it builds a model using analytic hierarchy process to study the project risk through the quantitative analysis method.Meanwhile, it uses the main-factor analysis method to evaluate the profile and validity of formative of the venture capital project to obtain the value of quantitative comprehensive assessment. Considering the difference risk and profile of venture capital decision makers, it builds venture capital decision model to analysis the spare scheme of venture capital and help investor to make the right decision with TOPSIS method. In the end, the thesis does the further research about improving the venture capital investment system of our country.
