Study On The Termination Decision Of Venture Capital Projects With ZBVC Venture Capital Corporate

As a typical small-medium size venture capital firm ZIBO high technology venture capital co. ltd(hereinafter referred to as ZBVC) bora in the 2000s',with its new birth it has some shortcomings on the project management decision-making;In this paper,we try to make a right and applied project termination decision-making system from the process to the method for ZBVC by actual surveying and analyzing ZBVC with improving the existing method of termination decision.First, the thesis studies the venture capital and the general termination decision theoretical knowledge for further researching ; Then, backing to business practice, studies and analyzes ZBVC enterprise operations and the suspension of the management decision-making; then returning to the issue of theory we try to design process and methods: Combining ZBVC actual we particularly design for ZBVC the termination decision-making process to solve practical implementation issues; after theoretical analysis of the various methods and the boundary conditions of application, according ZBVC practice of the problems and characteristics, properly amending and improving , we attempts to use fuzzy evaluation and assessment of the value of the project to establish a method for the termination decision evaluation system, adapting projects different stages of their own development we make the different stages of evaluation methods to make this system strong practical in a certain extent; eventually returning to practice: using the method proposed solve practical problems of ZBVC in the termination decision to improve the efficiency and quality of decision-making.The innovations of this paper: (1) We summarize and make a complete venture capital management process for ZBVC, which will enhance our understanding to overall operation management of venture capital and be well to cognitive grasp of the termination decision management.(2) In-depthly studying the ZBVC current termination decision-making methods and the termination decision theory and methods of many scholars ,we make the two stages termination decision model more applicable to ZBVC: seeds and entrepreneurial phase Model and expansion and maturity phase model, the model is more concise and practical, so that may create the conditions and means for management Performance enhancement of ZBVC.
