The Study On Financial Support Of The Regional Development

In the regional economic development, capital, labor and technology are important factors to promote economic growth, and the capital is the main condition of labor and technology playing a role in the promotion and application .The opening of region and regional economic growth can not be separated from the financial system and the building of financing mechanisms.Currently, our country has appeared that the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and the Bohai - rim region lead economic trends. Facts have proved that the regional economic model did play a promoting role to the economic development of our country. And the three major areas of economic development have its own patterns and characteristics. The PRD region dependents on foreign capital, the development of the YRD region dependents on public funding, and as the third grade of economic growth, the Bohai region in the opening market, attracting foreign investment, there is obvious insufficiency. The Bohai Rim economic strength has big margin between the other two regions.This paper is grounded in the Bohai area with view of the financial support experience of the YRD and PRD. The paper investigating the important influence of financial support for the region's economic development is to quantify comparative differences between the three to find commonalities. Through empirical analysis, the paper studies continuous flow of funds of regional economic development process from the different way, finds the capital supply mechanism hiding behind the flow of funds. This paper finds that the YRD and PRD have advantages at policy, foreign capital stimulation, the stimulation at securities market and underground financing with great development .Finally, we will focus on the Bohai region's economic development, from government support, founding kinds levels of finance market, perfecting the credit frame of country bank, close- coupled area finance to build suitable financial support mechanisms for the development .As well as taking advise for the building financial support mechanisms of other regional development.
