According to the social exchange theory, the interaction between individual and organization is based on the reciprocal benefit, the both sides possibly form the social contract, and whether trusting each other is pivotal to maintain this contract. In organization, individual's organizational trust has varied degree influence on the individual's job satisfaction, organizational commitment and employee turnover intention. Review former research, we discovered that organizational justice is an important variable on forming organizational trust, and employee turnover intention is an important result variable of organizational trust. So, this article studies the relationship among organizational justice, organizational trust, and employee turnover intention, and discusses the organizational trust's intermediary function between organizational justice and employee turnover intention, and find out the most important factors that influence employee turnover intention.Four dimensions of organizational justice have been determined as distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice and informational justice; Three dimensions of organizational trust have been determined as leadership trust, colleague and underling trust, organizational character trust. The result of this study showed that four dimensions of organizational justice and three dimensions of organizational trust have been proved; the different individual have different performance on organizational justice, organizational trust, and employee turnover intention; remarkable relevance have been discovered among the three variables through Pearson correlation analysis; the regression analysis's show that organizational trust has a certain intermediary function between organizational justice and employee turnover intention; the stepwise regression analysis's show that the most important factors that influence employee turnover intention are organizational character trust, distributive justice, informational justice, colleague and underling trust.
