Peasant Household Demand Research In Rural GuangXi Province

According to rural Guangxi province's insufficient effective demand, demand imbalance in development between urban and rural areas in the late 1990s, and the same period of the relevant background for economic reform in Guangxi province, rural residents has become the growth of domestic consumer demand, another key force in the province balanced economic development. According the Western economics of rural consumption in Guangxi we make some comments and suggestions.Started from the consumption level of the consumption structure of rural residents in Guangxi research as a starting point, systematic analyze the principle changes in the composition of the consumption structure of rural residents since the mid-1980s of the 20th century. The conclusion shows that the consumption structure, the improvement of food structure, the adjustment of agricultural structure made new demands, agricultural production gradually to the qualitative transformation from heavy production. In addition, through economic model analysis and comparison we found that the main factors affecting rural consumer are income and non-income factors. The disposable income of rural residents is limited so that the spending power of sluggish growth, which is the major factor restricting the development of the rural market. The different parts and forms revenue, which have different effects on the consumer's role, through empirical analysis income and current income can be found lasting impact on the larger rural consumption. Guangxi consumer behavior not only be affected by the income of rural residents constraints, but also by the level of interest rates, taxes and fees, the level of urbanization. Non-labor income and other factors affect output ratio. Research shows that the rural residents' consumption tax changes, output level of urbanization and labor share a very close relationship, therefore, the duty-free policy in rural areas. Accelerate the level of urbanization and the expansion of rural township enterprises, will be effective in promoting rural prosperity in the consumer market. Overall, the rural residents are spending more conservative. And because of the uncertainty of the future the rural residents increase psychological care, thus the potential purchasing power doesn't change smoothly into real purchasing power.And then according consumption of rural residents as macroeconomic variables, we analyze Guangxi rural residents' status changed in the national economy since the beginning of reform and opening up to inspection. So, economic growth in Guangxi since 20 more years ago driven by consumer demand from rural areas. And the current economic development in the province's the main reason is urban residents enter a new round of the surge in consumption. However, rural residents issue has not been effectively resolved, the economy and development is unbalanced. The phenomenon has become increasingly serious staying.In view of the consumption structure of rural residents in Guangxi province and the spending power of the existing problems, we proposed a number of specific policies, particularly China entered the WTO and with the improvement of people's standard of living, we proposed that changes in the structure of food trends adjustments of the agricultural production structure. Finally, we also try to adjust the system to solve thegeneral problem which can't be solved by normal analysis.
