Research On The Governance Models Of Family Business In China

Family-owned enterprises have been for two hundred years and have made great progress,which began with the Industry Revolution in 18th century. Family-owned enterprises have develop rapidlly for 20 years,since the reform and opening-up in china,playing a more and more important role in the national economy. It is fully proved that the existence and development of family-owned enterprises have their advantages.This paper divides chapter four together, the concrete content is as follows.In chapter one ,the paper introduces the definition of the family-owned enterprises,the model of goveraance,the state of development and analyses the model.In chapter two,the paper first analyzes the family-owned enterprise' governance of South-East Asia and Korea ,and then emphasizes the significance of learning.In chapter three,based on the state of Chinese family-owned enterprises's governance,the paper expounds the characteristics .Though the case of JianLu Co.in JiangSu province,the paper compares the reality and theory ,and validates the theory.In the last section,the paper suggests the methods to improve the Chinese family-owned enterprises' governance,the influence of traditional culture on family-owned enterprises.With the start of exploring family's social origin,the paper reveal the logical relationship between family and family-owned enterprises, by the combination of the knowledge of sociology,economics and management. On these basis,the family-owned enterprises' governance is finished by the reference of the accepted theory of corporation government. After that ,the paper makes a further discovery of the problems of the governance model the developing family-based enterprises in China encoumtering,by the research of the governance model of family-owned enterprises abroad and the analysis of the current situations and relative case of the governance models at home.Above all,the history of Chinese family-owned enterprises is short,and the accumulating data about it is little.Therefore,the paper can't analyze the model through data,and conclusion need to be validated in the futher. However ,with the development of economy and mature of market, we believe the Chinese family-owned enterprises' governances model will be improved incresingly.
