Aim to how to improve the future competitiveness and the level of HR management of the state-owned commercial bank, this thesis analyze the existing human resources management of them from a scientific point of view. Based on analysis of human resource management both of domestic and abroad, this thesis studies systematically the issues of the state-owned commercial banks human resources management.A number of theories and empirical analysis methods are used in this paper and a comprehensive human resources management theory is given based on the study of human resource management of lots of domestic and foreign banks. Because of the different division between human resource department managers, this model will be good future.The main content of this paper is divided into four chapters. First, commercial banks human resources management characteristics and problems. Including the commercial banks human resources management characteristics China's commercial banks human resources management model and the existence of the problem, Second, foreign commercial banks human resources management experience; Secondly, a comprehensive human resources management theory of the division of design model, specific analysis of the division of design work, human resources planning division, the division of employment recruitment, training and development division, the division of vocational students are management, performance management and pay management division of the division. Third, the human resources management system of the target design and ROI benefit analysis. Finally, the Beijing Branch of China Construction Bank used the example of a comprehensive human resources management division of the design model for empirical analysis. The main research results is a comprehensive human resource management division of the theory of building design and human resources management means superscript system and the corresponding performance analysis.
