Collective economy has been sprung up in China since the reform and open policy released. After the development in the recent 20 years, collective economy has developed into one of the most important parts of social democracy's market economy. However, the management concepts, culture patterns, the habit of thought have to face the challenge of modern enterprises' management due to the impact of traditional economy patterns, resulting in the importance of the construction of corporate culture in collective enterprises. Through applying theories to the case and borrowing the experience of the construction of American and Japanese corporate culture, this essay aims to , firstly, analyze the achievements and problems about the construction of corporate culture in collective enterprises; secondly, explain the reasons why this problem exists, such as less attention paid to collective enterprises, the culture of family's blood ties, the low qualification of collective enterprisers and employees, the influence of external environment, the method of the construction of corporate culture and the conduction of the policies. Meanwhile, this essay also recommend how to improve and advance the construction of collective enterprises' corporate culture in terms of six aspects: emphasize the importance of corporate culture; develop collective enterprisers and employees; have a better understanding of the construction of corporate culture in collective enterprises, which is at the core of "humanist management"; rebuild corporate culture scientifically; consummate the external environment and apply various ways of the construction of corporate culture in collective enterprises. Good corporate culture will evoke the development of collective enterprises.
