The income of effective training is far bigger than the investment by far . A research of 1980s' intermediate stage indicated that each US dollar training fee may realize 30 US dollar incomes within 3 years. But if Trans-Culture enterprise does not take staffs Cross-cultural training, it will bring heavy loss to the enterprise. Economically said, to each unsuccessful American who is stationed abroad, the company must lose about 40,000 US dollars to 250,000 US dollars different, not including corporate image loss as well as next company's trade cooperation loss and so on. Thus it can be seen that Cross-cultural training may not only reduce the loss of the enterprise to carry on transnational management, increase the ratio of success, but also bring high incomes to the enterprise.Through systemic research on Cross-cultural training and its model, this thesis helps Trans-Culture enterprises to solve the actual operation problems of Cross-cultural training, consummates the theory system of Cross-cultural training research, provides the beneficial instruction for Chinese Enterprise to carry on Cross-cultural training effectively. The introduction of this thesis introduces the background of Cross-cultural training model research and the significance, outlines the present research situation home and broad, and makes appraises to the research on this topic. Based on this, this thesis first conducts the basic research to Cross-cultural training model, and conducts the comparison research to Cross-cultural training in various countries' application and developmental situation as well as each kind of Cross-cultural training model; then, this thesis studies the contents and the methods Of Cross-cultural training; after that, this thesis constructs the systemic model of Cross-cultural training, and explains the concrete operation sequence of this model; Finally, this thesis narrates the evaluation of Cross-cultural training and its content, method and the implementing procedure. This thesis synthetically uses systemic analysis method, comparative analysis method, qualitative and quantitative analysis unifies the research technique and so on. This thesis studies Cross-cultural training and its model systematically, and innovatively establishes (he feasible Cross-culturaltraining systemic model as well as the Cross-cultural training time operation model. This thesis establishes the model mainly for the application to external assignment in the enterprises as well as the training of internationalized person, which hopes to enrich the enterprises' Cross-cultural training theory and practice.
