SY Company is considered as the detached part of China Ocean Oil Company , which has been a listed company. After acceptance of some staffs and assets from the listed company, SY Company was composed of various people and covered extensive businesses, from technological services, such as supervision of drill and exploration testing, to general services, such as hotel, motorcade and archives. However, SY Company has gradually formed its own main businesses after several years'fast development, which are centered on supervision and sustained by tool service, marine support, machine maintenance and R&D service. At the prosperous background of ocean oil, it is impending to develop marine business systematically.Meanwhile, minor businesses of SY Company have become more and more inadaptable to the company's future in the long time. Hence, it is greatly urgent to integrate the strategy of SY Company.The thesis introduces the theoretical background of SY Company's strategy integration at first, including theories of Core Competence and Company Growth, and then makes deeply analysis of internal and external environments, which puts emphasis on the structure of marine businesses and related judgments. On the basis of above contents, the thesis builds the SWOT model and makes the operation strategy of SY Company and analyzes the necessity of strategy integration in the frame of CNOOC whole strategy. After that, the thesis gives the strategy integration plan of SY Company, which is composed of organizational structure, operational system, managerial model and future plan. Considering marine supervision as key part of the company, this thesis puts high premium on the plan of human resources'training, outputting and certificating.This thesis analyzes SY Company's present status and brings forward feasible and realistic plan of strategy integration.
