| In current food industry, food safety has been increasingly important because of Bird Flu. However, as people concentrate more on food safety, we should not ignore the quality either. Food safety and quality are two different but relevant issues. In this paper, I will illustrate these two issues.Food enterprises should focus on food safety and quality to survive and develop. Therefore, many enterprises adopt Quality Management Certificate of ISO9000 and Food Safety Certificate of HACCP. As to quality management system of ISO9000, it usually relates to environment management system of ISO14000, and profession health safety management system of OHAS 18000. All these three systems work at the angle of enterprise management. As to food safety system of HACCP, it must base on currently existing food safety sanitation procedures, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and SSOP (Standard Operating Procedure).Generally speaking, it is adoption and implementation of these standards that greatly promote our country's food safety and quality. However, on the other hand, two many certificates burden the enterprises much. Implementing in order to implement has been come into being.To the two issues mentioned above, the author thinks it necessary to integrate and simplize implementation and application of those standards. The paper works on the theories of ISO 9000 management system group and HACCP food safety system group, to integrate these two general groups on theoretical level. Meanwhile, with help of the emerging ISO 2200 standard, it provides a proposal of feasibility, under the purpose of making it more convenient in certificate and implementation of these two systems. |
