Study On The Construction Of Inboard Way Of Tianjin Outside Route

In this article the author conducts a comprehensive study on the construction of inboard way of Tianjin outside route by using some theories and methods in Engineering Economics, National Economy Evaluation and Environment Evaluation for huge public project evaluation.Firstly this study includes detailed investigation for outside route in existence, and includes area road layout and area economic development. According to the present evaluation and the development of traffic forecast, the road construction project is synthetically analyzed. In the process of environment evaluation, the author makes influence analysis on the social environment and ecological environment due to constructing this project, also makes counter measures.In the process of project national economy evaluation, the author analyzed national economy parameter such as shadow price and social discount rate. According to the investment plan and the fund arrangement forms of this item, the author makes the project national economy possibility evaluation by using some methods and models, for example, the cash-flow form, the sensitivity analysis.
