A Study On Logistics Management System Function And Implementation Of K Group

Using the logistics management system of K group as the research subject, the thesis systematically analyzes how to design and implement the logistics management system, corresponding with actual needs of logistics improvement in household electric appliance industry, which is the most competitive industry in china. The thesis studies the logistics management system of K group from three aspects: the system function, business process management and implementation.The analysis of household electric appliance industry and K group development strategy shows that its traditional model of logistics management does not meet today's challenges. A series of measure such as logistics structural reorganization, demand forecast and logistics distribution transformation, are took by K group. Without the support of logistics management system, it dose not achieve desired effect. K group takes actions to implement logistics management system in time.Using the theory of logistics management, information system and business process management, the thesis mainly analyzes the goal programming, function demands of K group's logistics management system. The function design for the system and logistics process optimization, is discussed in detail. According to the theory of ASAP Methodology and project management, the thesis discusses the executive actions of project implementation and provides some valuable experiences in Chapter 4. In this way, several important factors in system implementation success can be summarized as follows: upgrading of management concept, project implementation going on in parallel with structural transformation, effective process optimization, project planning and control, advanced communication management, problem management, and good project teamwork. Finally, it sum up the effects andinsufficiencies in K group logistics management system implementation. Only with the appropriate application strategy, can advanced information system be worthy. A few suggestions were put forward to the further application and sustained improvement of K group's logistics management system.The study has practical function for logistics management system design and implementation of enterprises in our country.
