Research On Mode Of Small And Medium Enterprise In China "Going Abroad"

Along with the development of the economic globallzation,all country government pay close much attention to the position of Small and Medium Enterprise(sSMEs). For China's SMEs with just starting, their development has the strategy meaning to China's economy and society.After China's entry into WTO,not only further increases the position of SMEs,but also gives them larger development opportunilty. Behind this kind of background,"Going abroad"and"Internatlonjlzatlon"becomes the inevitable choice of Chlna's SMEs.How SMEs"go abroad"to transnational operation and what kinds of mode of"going abroad"should be taken is the key problem of SMEs development.This text stars from the intension of SMEs, analyzes the theories origin and the background of the rise of SMEs'transnational operation. Analyzed the power and the resistance of small and medium enterprise "going abroad", based on studied the present situation of small and medium enterprise "going abroad". Finally we analyzed the mode of small and medium enterprise "going abroad" and how choose the mode.The dissertation includes three parts.1. To research the theory of FDI by SMEs brought forward by overseas and domestic scholars. These theories mainly include foreign investment cycle theory, small scale technology theory, technical localization theory; the technology accumulates - the technical change evolution theory, dynamic comparison superiority investment theory and foreign investment unbalanced theory. Generally, these theories have the certain guiding to our country small and medium enterprise. "Going Abroad".2. The text analyzed the present situation and the existence main question of small and medium enterprise transnational operation. This article has discussed the main question from the power and the resistance two aspects factors which the small and medium-sized enterprise "goes out" faces. At present our country small and medium enterprise "goes out" although occupies the start stage, but prospect broad, the potential is huge.3. This article analyzed the mode of small and medium enterprise "going abroad"according to the actual situation of China enterprise "going abroad" The text discussed how Chinese small and medium enterprise choose the mode of "going abroad" through the analysis method which unifies with the quantitative and qualitative analysis. The paper has certain significance to promote small and medium enterprise transnational operation decision-making more scientific.
