In the increasingly competitive market, customers have become the most important assets of the enterprises because their profits come from customers. Having a good relationship with customers is one of the most competitive advantege of an enterprise. Customer churn is a prominent phenomenon in highly competitive industries, and a bottleneck problem bonding with the development of enterprises. As a result, enterprises are more and more focusing on customer retention when seeking for new customers.
