Study On Enterprise Competitive Strategy Based On Business Ecosystem

Enterprise competitive strategy changes according to the environmental variation. Nowadays, the enterprise competition environment has become more and more complicated and dynamic because of the economical globalization, the aggravating competition, the information technology and the technical development as well as the diversification of consumer's wants and needs. Simultaneously, the competition rule also keeps changing, it is no longer the rat race between one enterprise with the other, but is the co-evolution based on the business ecosystem as well as the internal competition in the same and between the different business ecosystems. Obviously the traditional competitive strategy theory has not been suitable, thus, in this thesis we study enterprise's competitive strategy from a business ecosystem angle, provide a theoretical basis to help enterprise making the competitive strategy.In introduction part, we mainly analyze and state the situation that the enterprise competition environment has become more and more complicated and dynamic, the competition between enterprises is no longer between one enterprise with the other, but is between the different commercial ecosystems and in the internal business ecosystem. Second, We give a detailed explanation and statement on the background, definition, characteristic, life cycle and the necessary for success and so on of the business ecosystem theory. Furthermore, giving the analysis of internal and external enterprise environments, we give a systematic review of the enterprise's competitive strategy development history, propose the traditional competitive strategy analysis frame and point out its subsistent faults, Finally, Combining above analysis, we propose the enterprise's competitive strategy analysis framework and three kinds of strategies under the competitive environment of business ecosystem. Furthermore, we point out how to create and maintain the enterprise's competitive advantage, and consequently to enable the enterprise to realize the sustainable development by using the theories of the coordination evolution and ecology.
