In addition, due to the similarity between business enterprise relationship and treatment and the natural ecological system, based on the study of business ecosystem theory in the competition strategy of ecological system metaphor and research of the commercial network and enterprise strategic and management, the essence of the enterprise competition can be achieved more accurately.According to the different roles that corporate act in the business ecosystem respectively; four categories can be divided as followed:the Keystone, the dominator, the landlord, the Niche. Keystone enterprises are acting as the core of value creation platform and value sharing in business ecosystem, and they play very important roles in the system. The establishment of the strategy of Keystone enterprises, is not just related to the destiny of itself, but also decides the development and the future of the whole sysem. Through the analysis of the theory of Business Ecosystem and characteristies of Keystone enterprise, Keystone enterprise competitiveness model is introduced. The competitiveness of Keystone enterprises is influenced by three aspects:the ability of Keystone enterprise, the attraction to the system and value force. The ability of Keystone enterprise can be increased through the constructing of the digital nervous system, the integration of technology and the implement of the leading role. The attraction to the system can be achieved by the enhancement of concept and character of ecosystem and the increasing of the health situation of Business Ecosystem. At last, the development of the value force can be achieved through raising the breadth and depth of the platform, creating greater synergy effect of internal and external value, reducing overall value of collaboration, and optimizing their overall value and total customer value ratio. Based on the introduction of competitive model, Keystone enterprises also need to establish the system of value sharing mechanism between different team members, constantly optimize the niche to realize the sustainable development of the Business Ecosystem. |
