Research On The Supply Chain Under The Model Of Mass Customization

With the market competition becoming more drastic, customers'needs becomingmore individuated and diversified and technology developing at a high speed, MassCustomization (MC) was put forward, solved the supplyneedcontradiction betweenenterprises and customer in theory. However, the act of putting the conception of MC toenterprises'manufacture will fall across with various difficulties. Putting MC intoexecution needs the support of Supply Chain? the development and consummating ofSupply Chain will create conditions for the execution of MC. This paper combined MCwith Supply Chain, mainly studied on Supply Chain under the mode of MC.Firstly, this paper individually expatiated the conceptions, present conditions,development processes and characters of MC and Supply Chain, then combined themtogether, explained the development tendency, management mode and characters ofSupply Chain under the mode of MC.Secondly, combined with characters of MC, this paper introduced the constructionof Supply Chain under the mode of MC in two parts: common part and individual part,and studied on the selection of the partners. This paper also introduced the economyfunction of Supply Chain, and analyzed it according to purchase, manufacture and saleindividually.At last, this paper put forward the model of Balanced Supply ChainScorecard(BSCSC) to evaluate the performance of Supply Chain under the mode of MC,combined with analytic hierarchy process (AHP), educed the synthesis evaluatesolution of Supply Chain.
