Research On The Supervision System Of Chinese Social Insurance Fund

Social insurance is the core of social security, while social insurance fund is the basis of social insurance, so the results of that will affect the benefits of all people who taking part in the social insurance.The preface of this paper generally introduces the significance of selecting the subject, defines some related concepts, analyses the domestic and international research progress, research methods, innovation, as well as contents of this paper.The text contains four parts. The first part analyses theoretic base by principal-agent theory. So that we can see it is essential to supervise social insurance fund. The second part describes the supervision system of social insurance fund under the public financial frame. It is expected that some inspiration related to the supervision system of Chinese social insurance fund at the present stage could be advanced. The third part points out some problems of supervision system of Chinese social insurance fund. For example, it's a lack of budget supervision and benefit supervision of social insurance fund. According to public finance's request, referring to helpful foreign experience, the fourth part proposes some relevant suggestions based on the background of China. For example, it's necessary to establish budget supervision and benefit supervision of social insurance fund.
