Study On Supply Chain Integration Of Communications Equipment Manufacturers In China

In recent years, with a wide margin dropping of the communication industry's profits, many large foreign communications equipment manufacturers have already adjusted market strategy, and marched into China, which brought new pressure of existence and development to Chinese communications equipment vendors. At present, the competitions between enterprises have been substituted by the competitions between supply chains. Any company, which wants to survive in the competition, must strengthen the integration of the supply chain. So it has become an urgent problem that how to improve the competitiveness through supply chain integration for Chinese communications equipment manufacturers.According to the comprehensive learning and research of the supply chain management, the thesis takes the domestic communication companies' supply chain as the cut-in research area. Firstly, the thesis summarizes the former theoretical research of supply chain integration and relevantly information technologies. Then it expatiate the supply chain structure and characteristic of communication industry. Moreover, it points out the problems in the current state. After that, it makes a brief analysis on the foreign communications equipment providers' successful case. In the end, it brings forward a proposal on how to integrate the communications industry's supply chain, from management eye and information technical viewpoint, and gives a new supply chain model based on current state.The concept of supply chain integration mentioned in the thesis can be as reference not only to the leading communications equipment manufacturers in our country, but also to some large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises.
