The logistic and supply chain management becomes the third profit resource of elevating the core competition of the enterprise. The electric grid is technology intensive and capital intensive. The purchase cost accounts for 60—70% of additional capital each year. With the need of operation of the enterprise, we manange the material purchase, supplying and storage classified .ensuring quality and supplying on time at the same time reducing the cost.The logistic of the electric grid is differ from the normal manufacturing. Establishing a logistics operation system model of the electric grid including the province and the city two levels, we try to research the method and the innovated management about the logistic and supply chain management. The mode of the logistics operation is classified into two styles. According to the vendor selection criteria, E-business and inventory management and so on, I put forward to the logistic means and inventory modes in the SCM of inside and outside. One is the developing of the electric power network, projects, projects management, projects management of supplying material, JIT and zero inventories. The other is the maintenance of the electric network, normality, fixed on the supplying based on the need, MRP, ensuring the material supplying, holding on the level of rational inventory.Contemporary, the logistics information is important to improving the logistics management .So we think about it into the enterprise strategy and give the propose.The article can be divided into six chapters.
