With the rapid development of economic globalization, nowadays the function of Multinational Corporation is increasingly salient, which is not only the inevitable result of globalization but also the major impetus of globalization. Recently with the coming of management strategy era, the management strategy of Multinational Corporations begins to adjust, which becomes clearer and more offensive gradually. This demands Chinese enterprises must first set down and select correct and effective international management strategy, and clarify the aim of international management strategy in the process of international development. Only in this way can Chinese enterprises realize the healthy international development. Considering this, this thesis analyzes the international development from the point of view of strategy, and thoroughly discusses the strategic modes and its selection of the international expanding of Chinese enterprises.First, this thesis analyzes the history, current situation and problems of the international management of Chinese enterprises. After examining the motive of international management, the level of international development and the advantages of international development of Chinese enterprises, this thesis explores the probability of realizing great-leap-forward development of Chinese enterprises in the process of internationalization starting from the dynamic variability of use value of factors of production. Consulting the theoretical modes of the mainstream multinational management strategy, this thesis brings up the"MIV"dynamic expanding strategic mode in the process of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises, that is to say, to generalize MRES, ICES, VCES from the three layers, market, industry, enterprises, and put forward the alternative decisive modes of the three strategic modes. To confirm the feasibility of"MIV", this thesis carries out different case studies aiming at the three expanding strategic modes, MRES, ICES, and VCES respectively. From the two layers of government and enterprises, this thesis finally raises the countermeasures and measures of the strategy of"stepping out"of Chinese enterprises.The innovation of this thesis lies in its raising of"MIV"expanding strategic mode on the basis of summarizing predecessors'multinational management strategic theories. Moreover, it tentatively blends the concepts of elementary, intermediate and advanced factors of production of Porter's"Diamonds Theory Model"and Chinese scholar Li Zeming's theory"Magnitude of value of factors of production varies with different economic stages and different regions of space"into"MIV"strategic mode to form the"MIV"dynamic expanding strategic mode. Also the feasibility of international great-leap-forward development strategy of Chinese enterprises is analyzed.
