This thesis focuses on analyzing the strategies of Huaxia Telecom Corporation in broadband service market. The development envirement of the industry, and the special needs of broadband service marketing are fully discussed. Based on this discussion, the internal strengths of Huaxia Telecom are revealed, while the external market environment is analyzed. Further, the SWOT model is applied to discuss the available competition strategies. On the basis of above discussions, the competition strategy and the marketing strategy for Huanxia Telecom are decided.Combining the theories in the aspect of marketing and competition strategy with the analysis of the case of Huaxia Telecom, We educe the developing strategy in broadband service market. It's the product differentiation strategies and optimizing of broadband application. centering on the broadband service, new business model must be founded. And the corporation is experiencing reforms and revolutions.As China enters into WTO, the telecom marketing is open to the world and it will have a overall arrangement. The business for the service providers has become incredibly tough as the competition in telecom industry keeps changing rapidly. The broadband service is progressing steadily and will be payed more attention. The thesis is trying to probe into how the Huaxia Telecom adjust their strategies in the competition for the broadband service market.There are 32 diagrams, 18 tables. 27 available literatures on the subject are collected in this thesis .
