How to make sure the end-users' sate applications and strengthen security of the whole gas system operation, has been a problem concerned by professionals. At the same time, it's important to the property and society stability.This article analyzes the existent situation of safety production management of city gas corporations in our country and discusses the importance of safety management to city gas corporations. I take gas company of Taiyuan city as example and discusses the defects about safety management at present. According to the defects I put forward some measures of how to prevent the accident and how to develop effective safety management.
