Since 1990s, the telecommunication market increased fast became the competition focus focused one's attention upon in the whole world, achievements made in developing and introducing competing for etc. of Chinese telecommunication industry, it is the extensive concern of countries all over the world.Since May 2002, The telecommunication industrial monopoly was broken and the market competition among the five base telecommunication operators is becoming more and more radically in all businesses including the fixed-line voice, mobile voice, data service and multi-media service, etc.HRBCOM(Harbin Communication company) competes with other four operators in Hubei telecommunication market, and is also confronted with other challenges such as fixed-line service substituted by mobile service, long-distance service substituted by IP, pure voice service substituted by information communications, etc. On the opportunities side, HRBCOM is in a good macroeconomic environment for its development, such as high growth of Hubei Province GDP, e-commerce development, government e-transformation, enterprise informanization,especially the rapid development of internet communication which bring great growth point in broadband for HRBCOM.
