Therefore, at the new development stage, it has a great important realistic meaning to research the relationship between technology transfer and economic growth of our country, and look for some approaches to establish the technology transfer system to promote technology transfer combination with economy growth.Therefore, in this thesis, it makes use of theories research to analyze the principals that the technology transfer promotes economic growth; from 4 levels as following: international, nation, region and enterprise level, it makes use of the method of the qualitative analysis to analyze the performance of technique transfer, discovers the existent blemish and problems of technology transfer in each level, these will help to look for the path to construct the technology transfers system in micro-view. Then it makes use of the method of the quantitative analysis to set up "the technology transfer development index " and "economic growth index".
