Recently, biotechnological revolution has happened in the whole world, and biotech industry will be a new dominant industry in 21st century. In China, the development of biotech industry in many regions is rapid, and as a big technological and economic province, Jiangsu has taken biotech industry as a new economic increasing part in order to own its characteristic and advantageous industry.The growth of biotech enterprise is so important to the development of biotech industry that should be solved as soon as possible.At first, the author analyzes the definition and characters of biotech enterprise, and the strategic status of biotechnology industry to make clear this special kind of enterprise. Then the author discusses capital operation which is the main part of the paper. Capital operation is a basic content in market economy, to this extent, enterprise management is actually capital operation in market economy. Capital operation has become a necessary way to the growth of enterprise. The theory of capital operation contains extension knowledge.
