No paying attention to management has no way to today of enterprise ".Along with joining WTO and the pace of reformation accelerating further, the state-owned enterprise of our country is face with the significant change of its external and internal environment, especially railway construction enterprise. How to know completely the international, domestic situation and internal environment which enterprise is faced with , when developing the foundation of this enterprise advantage fully, grasp opportunities and avoid risks on the base of giving full play to the advantages of enterprise, make enterprise resources and advantages with actual environment coordinate better, research prudently the long-term development of enterprise ,so as to make clear direction of the long-term development for enterprise.Ji Xie Zhu Lu Engineering Corporation is a state-owned railway construction enterprise. Faced with the market increasingly fierce competition, Ji Xie Zhu Lu Engineering Corporation in order to develop itself better need to adopt certain measures. Such as: Develop tertiary industry, carry out project management. However, a series of problem of enterprise mechanism conversion and management updating are faced with. The fierce competition brings more opportunities and threats to enterprise. Under such background, we put forward to development strategic problems of Ji Xie Zhu Lu Engineering Corporation.This paper researches the strategic problems of Ji Xie Zhu Lu Engineering Corporation and puts forward to company's development strategies utilizing the important theory and studying technique of management principle comprehensively. Throng analyzing international and domestic macro environment, industry structure, internal environment, source and competitiveness, internal advantages and weakness, reach corresponding strategies. These strategies as follows: Develop related multivariate operation appropriately mainly with the longitudinal unification of construction business. Taking main business (construction production operation) as tap and project management as focal point, adjust products and troops structure.
