Logistics in China started late, and it almost focuses on studying circulating enterprises logistics, lack of search on inner-logistics for industrial enterprises. Even though there are some practical and theoretical discuses on inner-enterprise logistics, but localized in mechanical manufactories. Incontestably, there is still excavated space for logistics-cost in circulating fields, yet, profits implicated in inner-enterprises logistics are also abundant.HASEE group, oriented in "stock-cost production mode" inner-enterprises logistics, has obvious uniqueness. Thus, it has definite academic and practical sense studying in its inner logistics. This text focuses on studying problems that in HASEE group and gives some constructive betterment.This text briefly analyzes status in quo and problems of Chinese inner-enterprises logistics in manufactories. Besides, it introduces the profile of HASEE group, and also generates its stock-cost oriented production mode. Then, respectively expatiates on the prominent characteristics of converse logistics, and communication. It emphasizes on its existed problems, and puts forward some amelioration measures in pertinence. Lastly, it estimates the effects of those measures.By this text, I hope it will give some use for reference to the developing inner-enterprises logistics of our national corporation.
