In the time of the economic globalization and knowledge economy, facing intense competition, the people will organically fuse the manufacture technology and the rapid development information technology, the automated technology, the modern management technology and the system technology and form the new generation of advanced technology. These new advanced technologies already became enhance the enterprise agility, the flexibility, the vigorous and healthy essential method, was impelling the manufacturing industry to enter the information, the integration, the automation, the intellectualization and the agile new historical period. The new advanced technology enable to have like the matrix structure, the team structure, the dynamic alliance and the strategic alliance and so on the organizational structure cannot adapt the fast market shift.First, this paper has studied the characteristic, the merit and the shortcoming of matrix structure and team structure. Mainly from the economics and management angle, the research is the organization interior integration that integrates the matrix structure and the team structure. And using the integrated theory, the contract theory, the value chain theory, the core ability theory and the flexible theory has carried on the organization design of interior integration and promotes the structure of the organization interior integration as well as its factors determined. The final goal establishes the PETRI net model of the organization interior integration to study the organizational structure and the dynamic behaviour.Second, through the research of the dynamic alliance and the strategic alliance and on this foundation presents the dynamic alliance and strategic alliance based on the optimization organization unit. Through using the similar theory, the research of the organization exterior integration integrates the dynamic alliance and strategic alliance and carries on the design of the organization exterior integration, its organizational structure as well as its merit and its nature.Finally, the organization integration integrates the exterior organization and the interior organization. The paper researches the basic connotation, the characteristic, the structure and the design of the organization integration as well as this organization has culture and resources. Based on the research of the organization integration pattern, this paper puts forward the concept of the organization's multi- lives cycle because of the shorter organization's life cycle and the higher restructure cost. The paper mainly researches the design pattern and characteristic of the organization interior and exterior integration based on the optimization organization unit multi- lives cycle.
