To solve a key problem of e-commerce -- secure payment, this paper uses technologies such as signature, encryption and identity-certification through analyzing current e-cash system to solve the anonymity-revocability, divisibility and transferability of e-cash basing on security, to raise the efficiency of the payment system and to make have some practicality, so it meets e-commerce such a kind of new commercial pattern.Firstly, through analyzing the basic theory of electronic commerce payment system, this paper presents that e-cash will be the most important method of electronic payment in the future. Then it comprehensively introduces the related knowledge of e-cash system, including model, nature, classification and present using e-cash system, and emphatically analyzes present situation of e-cash as well as the influence the electronic cash brought.Secondly, in view of the nature of e-cash and blackmail crime and basing on multi-denomination e-cash scheme, this paper proposes a fair anonymity-revocable off-line electronic cash scheme through introducing the off-line trusted party. With the help of the off-line third party, the bank can realize high-efficiency following, thus improves systematic efficiency and security. The result of analysis indicates it is secure and efficient.Finally, according to the nature of ideal e-cash system and basing on the analysis of current e-cash system, this paper proposes a new e-cash payment protocol basing on e-wallet, which makes use of hybrid cryptosystem and digital signature scheme. The protocol simulates cash transaction model, realizes the authorization, transferability of e-cash basing on security, avoids bottleneck of electronic commerce transaction. It is an effective supplement to the present electronic payment patterns.
