Electronic Payment, Financial Electronic Problems And Countermeasures

With the advancement of modern science and technology, the globalization of economy and thedevelopment of information and network technology, financial computerization have existed in themodern economy in company with the conventional economy, and have been developed rapidly due toits particular predominance. In the process of financial computerization, fund flow, information flow andcommercial flow are all based on the network. The development of electronic payment, which is a keycomponent in financial computerization, directly influences the economic development level. Electronicpayment is not only one of the important factors but also one of the weak factors of the economicdevelopment.In 2005, all kinds of seminars and forums about electronic payment were discussing about somerelated hot topics and problems, including the conception of electronic payment, security guaranteetechnology and economic characteristic. Based on the former research, this paper gave an in-depthstudy theoretically and practically on many aspects of electronic payment, for instance, market supplyand demand characteristic, technological measure, macroscopical environment, and so on.This paper has detailed three electronic payment problems in electronic commerce. The threeproblems are encrpytion transfer, identity certification and real time payment. This paper especiallyanalyzed the technical measures on how to resolve the three problems: the application of SSL protocoland SET protocol in encrpytion transfer, the principle and policy enviroments of certification authority,the function and application of payment gateway, etc. The writer also make use of her own workexperience, under the enterprise electronic commerce circumstance, explain the electronic paymentapplication using demonstration method, and translate all these technological measures into implement.All studies in this paper are practical for resolving the problems in electronic payment's development.
