Studies On Trustworthiness Supervision Of China's Individual Merchants

According to statistics, there were 23,500,000 individual merchants who were endowed with license and because of some reasons, the number of those without license was unclear. Individual economics has become the important part of national economics. Under the current serious circumstances of job-seeking, the future of individual economics should be bright, but at the same time, the supervision over individual economics should be strengthened. With the appearance of trustworthiness in individual economics in the late years, how to make the individual economics be developed in a healthy way and be more prosperous becomes the indispensable responsibility of the Organ of Administration for Industrial and Commercial (OAIC). In Feb.2005, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce issued the Registering Ways to Individual Merchants with Different levels and Kinds, which marked the supervision to the individual merchants'trustworthiness stepping to a new stage, but in the process of practicing the supervision to the individual merchants all over the country, difficulties appeared, and for this, the article probes and analyses the problems in the supervision to trustworthiness of individual merchants and gives accordingly suggestions.The article is divided into three pars: in the first part, the article introduces the contents and necessities of trustworthiness supervision to individual merchants; in the second part, the article analyses the current conditions, problems and reasons of the trustworthiness supervision to individual merchants; and in the last part, the article proposes the accordingly suggestions of how to perfect our trustworthiness supervision to individual merchants.
