The Institute of Telecommunications Engineering Design in C University, a full-ventured undertaking directly under the university's control, located in Changchun, jilin province , maintains its good performance since its 20-year's establishment, keeps paying the profits to the university for years, and solves the social problem of employment, which rewards it with better social and economic benefits. It is a typical undertaking of university scientific and technological type.In the last decade, along with the reform of the national human resource managerial system, the open of human resource market, the conversion of people's thinking, especially the rapid development of the telecommunications sector, there is a large demand of intellectual majoring in telecommunications, computer and software. In addition, such university scientific and technological undertakings as the Institute of design, due to their system,management, etc, are bordered with many problems in their recruitment, staff training, engagement and development, especially the dimission of the employees, which has become the key factor of their operation and development.In order to solve the problem of employee-dimission in the Institute of design in C university, this paper applies the theory of modern management of human resource and the existing type of employee-dimission theory, makes a overall analysis from the external factor, system factor and internal managerial factor of the Institute of design, and try to seek the countermeasure to control the demission of the employees.I.The Analysis on Causes of the Dimission of the Employees.1.The Analysis on External Factor.This paper analyzes the causes of employee-dimission from three aspects of society, industry and geography.
