| The Institute of Telecommunications Engineering Design in C University, a full-ventured undertaking directly under the university's control, located in Changchun, jilin province , maintains its good performance since its 20-year's establishment, keeps paying the profits to the university for years, and solves the social problem of employment, which rewards it with better social and economic benefits. It is a typical undertaking of university scientific and technological type.In the last decade, along with the reform of the national human resource managerial system, the open of human resource market, the conversion of people's thinking, especially the rapid development of the telecommunications sector, there is a large demand of intellectual majoring in telecommunications, computer and software.
