Qianzhuang Gold Mine Exploration Project Management Research

This paper first looks at the macroscopic environment that the gold mine exploration faces , and then analyzes the management system of the Qianzhuang Gold Mine Exploration Project Company. Based on the analysis, this article argues that the application of modern project management method to the management of gold mine exploration project the exploration will be able to reduce exploration cycle and produce more profits.We analyze the macroscopic environment that the gold mine exploration faces. The analytic results show that our prospecting efficiency is not good. Our geology surveying work has strong planned economy factor. We use enterprise management system. At present, the geological prospecting management system has had the significant reform. It included that we made a substantive progress about the separating government from business and from administration. The development of gold geological prospecting work is too slow to meet the need of developing gold production. Generally our gold exploration enterprises have small scale. The management patterns of most gold exploration enterprises belong to extensive type, and the management level is usually low. These caused that the production cost stays at a high level.We introduce the Qianzhuang gold ore exploration project and exploration company.In this chapter we discussed the organizational structure and the human resources management. We took the Qianzhuang Gold Mine Exploration Company as the example. We found that his organizational structure belonged to the straight-line function type. This kind of function type has the flexibility on using the staff.
