Motivation Of Marketing Manager

With the further developing of China's opening-up , the competition between enterprise becomes more and more fierce, not only in R&D, but the competition in the market. Managers decided the core competitiveness of enterprise ,this made it urgency to research incentive problems. Pay is a reflection of the value of human capital , it can meet its social identity and the sense of achievement, and it is a more important and effective way in incentives.Basing on the analysis of status and issue in incentive of China's current sales management, summing up the human capital , incentive and commission agents theory ,combining many years of experience in marketing and the actual situation in incentive in this development stage ,I designed a incentive pay system regarding senior manager of branches , and strived to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of incentive system of enterprise marketing manager.First it is necessary to improve the motivation of marketing manager about the status in my paper, then according to the character from the economics, management and other areas to propose the necessity of incentive sales manager features. Then under the analysis of deficiencies and the reasons about incentive of sales manager, my paper put forward principles and mechanisms of optimization on the basis of sales manager's incentive.Finally according to the situation that many enterprise is not marketing company in present stage, the stock market is not mature and the short-term behavior about the sales manager in incentive is serious ,I proposed the comprehensive salary system ,which is based on the yearly salary system, examining the sales manager's achievement by EVA combining the risk income with the prize national treasury in order to reaching the goal of delaying payment .
