The high-technology industry has been developing rapidly in China, and its spatial agglomeration has become a prevalent phenomenon, including Changjiang region, zhujiang region and jingjinji region.Based on the industrial agglomeration, including externalities, scope, path-dependence, innovation, this paper analyzes the factors about High technology agglomeration.This paper designs some indexes to measure the high technology industry spatial agglomeration in China, including concentration, Geordie coefficient, HHI and N index. The result shows that Chinese high technology industry has obvious regional concentration, there is distinct advantage in Guangdong, Jiangsu , Shanghai, Beijing ,Tianjin and Zhejiang. The electronic and telecommunication equipment, computer and office equipment in Guangdong develop best. On the aircraft and spacecraft industry, the obvious local advantage is respectively in Shanxi, Heilongjiang. On the manufacture of medical and the manufacture of medical equipment and instrument meters, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai have evident advantage.According to Porter's diamond framework, this paper explains it, including culture foundation, factor conditions factor conditions related to climate, labor supply, government fiscal and incentive policies, demanding condition, firm strategy, related and supporting industries etc. Then it gives some advice. |
