According to the national bureau of statistics, there are 1.2 million emergencies in China every year, resulting in a direct economic loss of up to 300 billion yuan. The emergency industry is an industry that provides products and services for scientific prevention and effective disposal of emergencies, has many characteristics, such as safety, public welfare, professional.Although the emergency industry has the property of quasi-public goods, under the condition of market economy,it is also necessary to consider its income,so there are economic effects.According to the ministry of industry and information technology, the output value of special products and services in the area of national security emergency and emergency equipment reached nearly a trillion yuan in2013,and the market potential of the emergency industry is huge.Promotes the development of emergency industry, not only to improve the ability of emergency management, ensure the running of national economy, and to accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrading, and is of great significance to form new economic growth point. To this end,the party and the government made it clear to accelerate the development of emergency industry, promote the construction of emergency industrial park.Put forward the general requirements of the development of emergency industry cluster in China. However,at present, the degree of spatial agglomeration of emergency industry is still very low,the phenomenon of homogeneous competition between regions is obvious,9.Therefore,in this context,it is necessary for us to systematically combed China's emergency industry spatial agglomeration factors and the emergency industry spatial agglomeration on the mechanism of economic growth in order to promote the emergency industry spatial agglomeration development better,to play its economic effects.Firstly, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of the emergency industry, and analyzes the present situation of the emergency industry spatial agglomeration by measuring the spatial agglomeration degree of the emergency industry. On the basis of the exploratory spatial data analysis method and the Markov chain simulation method,Analysis on the Spatial Distribution Pattern and Future Development Trend of Emergency Industry.Secondly,on the basis of the existing research, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the spatial agglomeration of the emergency industry and the path of the agglomeration of the emergency industry on the economic growth, and makes use of the provincial panel data from 2005 to 2015,Regional two angles to its empirical test.In the process of empirical test, the spatial regression model, the spatial dynamic autoregressivemodel and the regression of the panel model are used to illustrate the rationality of constructing the space measurement model. Then based on adjacency matrix and distance matrix composite two spatial weight matrix of regression model,to ensure the robustness of the model. The results show that:(1)The spatial concentration of emergency industry in China is still very low,and there are spatial autocorrelation in emergency industry agglomeration, most provinces are in low concentration and low concentration areas. However, the future development prospects of the emergency industry space gathering is still very optimistic,in the existing conditions remain unchanged in the next 8 to 10 years the region will form its own unique development model and agglomeration state.(2)the improvement of resource endowment conditions, the reduction of transportation cost, government tax concessions, good industry prospects, regional economic growth and the improvement of urbanization level can effectively promote the level of emergency industry spatial agglomeration, but per capita income level Improve and support the ability of science and technology is not very good to promote the concentration of space in the emergency industry to improve. However, from the local differences, the increase of the per capita income level and the ability of science and technology support in the eastern region have a significant effect on the agglomeration of emergency industry.(3)From the regression results of the Doubin model, there are negative spillover effects on the influence of various factors on the spatial agglomeration of the emergency industry, which shows that the development of emergency industry agglomeration in each region is mostly fragmented and lacks communication and cooperation.(4)There is spatial dynamic autoregressive effect and self-strengthening mechanism existed in the process of economic growth, that is,the economic growth of the region will have a positive effect on the neighboring areas or areas with close economic activity;the lag of economic growth is one of the current economic There is a positive effect of growth.(5)The emergency gathering of the emergency industry can promote the economic growth, and the agglomeration of the emergency industry can effectively improve the transaction efficiency, promote the technology spill, bring about the increase of the output value of the emergency industry, and promote the economic growth. However, from the local differences, the technological innovation in the eastern region is better than the central and western regions, and the spatial agglomeration of the emergency industry in the central and western regions has failed to effectively improve the trade efficiency and promote technology spilloversFinally, according to the conclusion of this paper,we put forward relevant policy suggestions to promote and optimize the spatial clustering of emergency industry, etc.from cultivating emergency market demand, playing the guiding role of the government, perfecting emergency science and technology support system and optimizing the layout of emergency industry.
