According to the datum of China Static Yearbook, the ratio of China construction industry in the fast developing industrialized period has been at low level around 6.6%; especially the growth of the value-added has shown the decreasing from 23.64%~-8.18%high level shock inl980s to 8.16%~2.59% low level fluctuant at present, which is far less than the corresponding peak 15.23% in the international construction industry. The main reason could be summed up as follows: traditional mode of operation and single engineering service range, lagging response to the new economic growth on the change of construction demand since the reform and opening of China. This indicates that the evolutionary of China Construction Industry could not be ideal so that reach or surpass the corresponding level of the international construction industry. Based on the Theory of Spatial structure of Construction Economic, Theory of Dynamics and Theory of economic evolutionary, the paper has studied the self-evolutionary mechanism and the self-stability mechanism in the run of China construction industry. The methodology could be expressed as follows: combined the Theory of Dynamics and Theory of economic evolutionary into the Theory of Spatial structure of Construction Economic, the spatial evolution model of construction industry is constructed, and it also provides a generalized form of clusters about the China construction industry. Through this study, the following achievements could be concluded:Firstly, define the stability of the industrial evolutionary, and the dynamics-based industrial evolutionary model is also established. Under the suitable span of economic growth, the evolvement of China Construction Industry must be existed in an economic space of engineering act ivies to maintain relatively stable develop. It also could be expressed as the following principle that the dynamics-based industrial evolutionary model has to satisfactory the principle that the three-dimension growth variable' contribute and its vector is no less than naught. From this principle, the spatial dynamic model of evolutionary model of China construction industry is constructed. Second, define the generalized clusters form of construction industry. The paper defines the generalized form of clusters of China Construction Industry based on the evolutionary space of China Construction Industry. At last, the researches further shows that the engineering act ivies of construction industry can be mathematically expressed with generalized form of clusters of China construction industry, which is of important theory value and really reference qualification.
